Gaius is 5
Today after church Gaius had a "mommy and daddy date".
It was really fun to have him one on one!
He is just about the cutest little boy I've ever seen!
We went to Build-a-Bear and Wendy's per his request.
It was his first time for both!
(that's what happens when you're the 3rd kid and the mall is a 2 hour drive round trip)
So may I introduce to you: Meano Foxy, the Fennec Fox!
At Wendy's we caught Gaius trying to wink at the older lady sitting behind him. It was hilarious! What a little cheese ball.
Some of the Gaius' favorite things this year are: Pizza, Angry Birds, Ice Cream, playing with stuffed animals, and playing Mario on the Wii.
I sure do love this little boy and I'm so thankful to be his mama!

Big things are once again in store for the Sears House residents!
I'll give you a hint- it's not a new house and it's not a new baby.
Marc is getting a new job! It's a work from home job! For the past 10.5 years, he's been mostly working the night shift. I could tell you how hard it's been, but you probably wouldn't understand unless you lived it, so I'll just say it's been a lot and leave it at that. Anyway, I am super-duper excited! AND I feel peaceful at the thought of him changing careers. So many new chapters of our life all at once! God is good!

My Baby..
..is doing some awfully grown up things lately.
...is getting ready to potty train (already!).
...is used to all manner of people professing their undying love for her
...thinks she's a big kid.
...speaks in complete sentences...in baby jabber.. but, she says it with complete conviction!
...is 17 MONTHS old
where is the time going?!
